By using IronShot you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or related services.
The service
IronShot is an online and offline-capable artillery game. Features may change, and availability is not guaranteed.
Accounts
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Provide accurate sign-in information and keep access secure.
- You may delete your account from the app Settings screen.
Fair play
Do not cheat, harass other players, attempt to disrupt matchmaking or game servers, reverse engineer the service for abuse, or use automated clients except as we explicitly allow.
Matches and forfeits
Leaving an online match, disconnecting beyond the reconnect grace period, or otherwise abandoning a match may count as a forfeit.
Intellectual property
IronShot’s branding, code, art, and game design are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for gameplay.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, scores, or gameplay progress arising from your use of IronShot.
